“First Class” Company to work for
The aim of the Best Companies Accreditation is to help employers better understand today’s complex and ever changing array of workplace issues and how they relate directly to their organisation. We have received a rating indicating a high level of employee engagement, based on feedback provided by our staff.
Most first time entries to this survey obtain a “Ones to Watch” rating, which we have surpassed and subsequently achieved the ‘First Class’ rating. Achieving the 1 Star Rating at our first attempt, is a reflection of our strong company values and ethos, high staff engagement and good staff management, great work practises and ongoing employee care. It’s a way of our staff telling us how well we are doing as an employer.
Accreditation therefore gives us a fantastic benchmark to measure ourselves against, and will help us improve ourselves as an employer year on year.
The survey tested the following 8 Factors which are key to creating a great workplace:
Progress achieved above 70% Positive responses from employees in 5 Key Factors including; My Manager, Leadership, My Company, Personal Growth and My Team. These results were key in achieving our 1 STAR Accreditation.

Our highest ranking factors were Personal Growth and My Team. Our results indicate that employees are very happy within their roles and that training is well received and benefits are achieved on a professional and personal level too. Two of our highest ranking statements in this Factor were: “This job is good for my own personal Growth” & “The Training in this job is of great benefit to me personally”. Our One Star Accreditation reinforces our Company values: Care, Respect, Trust and Progress. We Care for the personal Growth of our employees, Respect their views and input on all aspects of the business. Our employees have shown Trust in Progress to Challenge them within their roles in order to achieve the highest productivity.
