Welcome to Progress Adult Living Services
As part of our commitment to provide high quality continuum of care, Progress has recently developed an Adult Living Service (PALS) to offer a wide range of care packages for adults with complex needs. The introduction of this service aims to support a smooth transition from child to adult care to offer consistency and stability whilst delivering positive outcomes for vulnerable adults.
Our service encompasses our organisational core values of Care, Trust, Respect and Progress and consequently, our primary aim is to promote choice and individuality while maximising personal growth and development. Additionally, we aim to offer high standards of care and support through our team of Adult Support Workers within a safe, healthy and stimulating environment. We utilise ‘assistive technologies’ to enable greater independence and working flexibly with individual’s encouraging them to lead a full and active life and pursue life opportunities and aspirations, including education, employment and leisure.
