What is Progress Home Care?
Progress Home Care service is a specialist home care service that provides high quality care. We support children and adults, from 0 to 65 years with learning disabilities, complex needs and challenging behaviour, living within the community.
Our service focuses on promoting choice and independence for each individual. Our emphasis is on creating a better quality of life by providing personalised services to suit the needs of each individual. We will work with you to tailor your plan to meet your needs and personal budget.
We work across the West Midlands and support is available seven days a week, 365 days a year. Progress Home Care service is registered with the CQC.
How will Progress Home Care support me?
We provide a flexible range of services tailored to the individual needs of the person. The primary focus is on enabling people to maintain and grow in independence. The areas of support required by the people using our service are varied and vast, depending on individual needs, but can include:
- personal & intimate care support.
- assistance with administering medication.
- Maintaining routine health and hygiene.
- Enabling people to enjoy and achieve through specific planned activities tailored to individual need.
