As a leading, independent organisation, Progress is firmly committed to maximising standards of care for vulnerable children, young people and adults. We achieve this through the provision of high quality integrated services which enable us to deliver the best possible outcomes for young people and adults. Our name ‘Progress’ refers to our core beliefs and values and reflects the development and “progress” of children and adults in our care. We pride ourselves on our personal approach and our family based values.

Progress Children’s Services

Progress Children’s Services, which is now part of Progress Care Solutions, was established in 2000 to provide specialist Fostering and Residential services for vulnerable and disabled children across the West Midlands. Progress Adult Living Services (PALS) provides continuous care for young people and adults. Collectively we are now known as Progress Care Solutions. We believe this name is more representative of the range of services we now offer.

The success of Progress is ultimately achieved through the hard work, commitment and drive of our dedicated staff. My sincere thanks to all of our staff, foster carers, professional colleagues, parents and families for their overwhelming support and commitment to pursuing our goals. This loyalty has allowed our organisation to gain an excellent reputation and achieve rapid growth since we began in 2000. Going forward, we aim to offer services that are increasingly accessible, innovative, personalised and preventative through continuous investment to meet the needs of the vulnerable children, young people and adults we serve.
