Ofsted Inspection - Henley House - September 2010
We are pleased to announce that in the latest Ofsted inspection of Henley House Children's home, we have achieved an 'outstanding' rating for our service provison in the areas of 'Helping children to be healthy', 'Helping children achieve well and enjoy what they do' and 'Helping children make a positive contribution'. Henley House Fun Day - August 2010
A successful pirate themed funday was held at Henley House on 27th August. There were several activities taking place on the day - cake competitions, races, a raffle and local musicians came along to perform 'sea shanties'. Lots of people came along in fancy dress and £200 was raised. Local community police and fire service staff also came along to join the day.
Investors in people - Silver Award - June 2010
Progress is pleased to have received a silver award in our recent Investors in People review. The award demonstrates our ongoing commitment to staff training, development and satisfaction, which we continually work towards improving for the future.
Changes to Progress – February 2010
Progress has recently rebranded to become Progress Care Solutions. Under this new name, our portfolio of services has diversified to include services for young adults, with the introduction of Progress Adult Living Services. We believe that this name is more representative of the range of services we now offer, providing a continuum of care. Progress Care Solutions trades as Progress Children’s Services and Progress Adult Living Services.
Opening of Wellcroft House – September 2009
Progress is pleased to announce the opening of our state-of-the-art home for young adults, Wellcroft House. This brand new development promotes choice and independence for young adults with complex needs within a homely environment. The home provides specialist transitional care for young people.
