Corporate Social Responsibility

At Progress we understand that our business impacts on the wider environment and that customers, suppliers and the local community are all affected by what we do. We therefore like to take a responsible attitude and an ethical approach. Some of the ways we are working towards achieving Corporate Social Responsibility include the following:

 

  • Sponsoring an orphanage for disabled children in Punjab, India, providing them with funding for training and resources

  • Cancer Research Support

  • Supporting medical camps and eye camps in Asia

  • Walks / fun runs to raise funding

  • Sponsoring children through Vision Aid

  • Sponsoring a child through Trewan Sands Children’s Trust, a registered charity which helps parents and carers of child with a disability or terminal illness to have a family holiday together

  • Providing resources for a school in Africa

  • Sponsoring Help the Aged

  • Committed to reducing waste through the implementation of an environmental and waste management policy

  • Support local businesses by sourcing local suppliers for goods and services wherever possible

  • Offering Graduate Internship placements
